Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Bislig City, through 20% EDF CY-2023 (P 3,000,000), 20% EDF CY 2024 (P 3,000,000), Supplemental Budget #2 CY 2024 (P 5,000,000), and 20% EDF CY-2025 (P 2,000,000) to apply the sum of Twelve Million Nine Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Two Hundred Seventeen Pesos and 68/100 (P 12, 993,217.68) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MOTORPOOL BUILDING at Mancarugo, Barangay Poblacion, Bislig City, Surigao del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
