Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Bislig City, through 20% EDF CY 2024 to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Seven Pesos and 66/100 (P 997,987.66) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF 1-UNIT WATCH TOWER AT MARICULTURE PARK AREA TUMANAN, BUCTO, CAGUYAO at Brgy. Tumanan, Bucto, and Caguyao, Bislig City, Surigao del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Bislig City now invites bids for the project below.

2.1 Brief Description of work:

Earthworks including Excavation, Boulders Fill and Embankment from structure excavation, Lean concrete, Reinforced Concrete for Mat Foundation, Column, Strap Beam, Tie Beam, Beams and Slab for first and second floor, and Formworks & Falseworks, Liquid Waterproofing (Bituminous Base) 3 coats @ second floor, Installation of Wooden Ladder, Installation of wooden Railing @ first floor, Cofferdamming and Hauling Materials from loading point to jobsite.

2.2 Contract Duration: Ninety (90) Calendar Days.
