1.The National Library of the Philippines (NLP), through the authorized appropriation for FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Sixty - Six Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety - Eight Pesos (Php1,266,798.00) being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB25-10 Supply and Delivery of Go Bag and Other Supplies Equipment for Disaster Preparedness Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
