The Office for Transportation Security, through the Government Appropriations Act CY 2019 intends to apply the sum of Php 96,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Integrated Bodyworn Camera with wireless Transmission for the Office for Transportation Security under Public Bidding No. 21-127-7. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
