1. The NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CULTURE AND THE ARTS (NCCA), through the CY 2025 National Endowment Fund for Culture and the Arts (NEFCA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos Only (Php 4,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF PRODUCTION OF NCCA KULTUREELS - TWENTY (20) EPISODES OF LONG FORMAT (30-MINUTER) DOCUMENTARY ON VARIOUS TOPICS ON ARTS, CULTURE, HISTORY, AND HERITAGE WITH FIVE (5) REELS (2 MINUTES EACH) PER EPISODE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
