INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF THE THREE BRAND NEW VEHICLES FOR NCCA

1. The NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CULTURE AND THE ARTS (NCCA), through the National Endowment Fund for Culture and the Arts CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million and Two Hundred Pesos Only (Php 5,200,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of the Three Brand New Vehicles for NCCA (2 Lots) PB No. 2024-013-2 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

LOT 1: For One (1) Pickup Vehicle- Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2,000,000.00)

LOT 2: For Two (2) Passenger Vans- Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 3,200,000.00)

2. The NATIONAL COMMISION FOR THE CULTURE AND THE ARTS (NCCA) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Services shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI Schedule of Requirements.
