Description : NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CULTURE AND THE ARTS

INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF THE REHABILITATION OF THE FLY SYSTEM AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE AUDIO-VISUAL SYSTEM OF THE METROPOLITAN THEATER

1. The NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CULTURE AND THE ARTS (NCCA), through the CY 2024 National Endowment Fund for Culture and the Arts intends to apply the sum of Eight Million and Fifteen Thousand Pesos Only (Php 8,015,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of the Rehabilitation of the Fly System and Preventive Maintenance of the Audio Visual System of the Metropolitan Theater PB No. 2024-012 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NATIONAL COMMISION FOR THE CULTURE AND THE ARTS (NCCA) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Services shall be in accordance with the Delivery Schedule under Section VI Schedule of Requirements.
