HFEP intends to apply the sum of FIFTY MILLION PESOS (PHP50,000,000.00)
being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
CONSTRUCTION OF TWO STOREY WARDS BUILDING - ANNEX C AND
CONTINUATION OF ENGINEERING, LAUNDRY & LINEN BUILDING,
SEWERAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND MAINTENANCE OF ELEVATED
WATER TANK. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at
bid opening.
