Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR

PROCUREMENT OF SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF NAVOTAS FOR THE USE OF CITY ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICE

1. The City Government of Navotas, through the City Appropriation Ordinance/ Supplemental Budget No. 3 s. 2025, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 194,810,000.00).) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF NAVOTAS FOR THE USE OF CITY ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES OFFICE (PIN 2025-08-158). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Navotas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required staring AUGUST 27, 2025. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
