  PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE USE OF CITY GENERAL SERVICES OFFICE
  
  1. The City Government of Navotas, through the City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-33 (CY- 2025 Annual Budget), intends to apply the sum of TWELVE MILLION SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 12,650,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE USE OF CITY GENERAL SERVICES OFFICE (PIN 2025-01-016). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Navotas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required TWENTY FOUR (24) HOURS DAILY, INCLUDING SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
