1. The City Government of Navotas, through the Local School Board Resolution No. 2025-02, CY 2025 Supplemental Budget No. 1, intends to apply the sum of EIGHT MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED PESOS (PhP 8,246,700.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT FOR PRINTING AND PUBLICATION EXPENSES (REPRODUCTION OF NAVOLEARN REMEDIATION LEARNING RESOURCES) UNDER MOOE OF SPECIAL EDUCATION FUND OF SCHOOLS DIVISION OFFICE (SECOND BIDDING) (PIN 2025-08-155). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
