PROCUREMENT FOR OTHER SUPPLIES EXPENSES (POST NATAL KIT) FOR THE USE OF NAVOTAS CITY HOSPITAL

1. The City Government of Navotas, through City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-13, intends to apply the sum THREE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY THREE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 3,993,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT FOR OTHER SUPPLIES EXPENSES (POST NATAL KIT) FOR THE USE OF NAVOTAS CITY HOSPITAL (PIN 2024-11-140). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Navotas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 45 CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF APPROVED P.O. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
