1. The City Government of Navotas, through the City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-33 (CY-2025 Annual Budget) and City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-45 (Utilization of 2025 LDRRM Fund), intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 2,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) LOT ENHANCED LOCAL CLIMATE CHANGE ACTION PLAN (ELCCAP) SYSTEM (CENTRALIZED REPOSITORY OF ALL DATASETS RELATED TO ELCCAP) UNDER OTHER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OF LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PIN 2025-04-106).
