PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENT FOR VARIOUS OFFICES

1. The City Government of Navotas, through the Supplemental Budget No.7 - CY-2024, Local School Board Resolution No. 09-2025 (CY 2025 Supplemental Budget No. 03), City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-21 (Realignment Fund), City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-22 (Realignment Fund), City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2025-20, intends to apply the sum of:

 LOT 1 - ICT EQUIPMENT FOR THE DIGITIZATION OF VARIOUS OFFICES REQUESTED BY INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY OFFICE (PIN 2025-11-183)/ ABC PHP 5,940,000.00

 LOT 2 - ICT EQUIPMENT (DESKTOP COMPUTER AND LAPTOP) FOR THE USE OF SCHOOLS DIVISION OFFICE (PIN 2025-11-184)/ ABC PHP 5,555,000.00

 LOT 3 - OTHER SUPPLIES & MATERIALS EXPENSES AND INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT REQUESTED BY VARIOUS OFFICES (PIN 2025-11-185) / ABC PHP 2,390,840.00

being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
