PROCUREMENT FOR COMPUTER SOFTWARE (HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEM - HRIS) UNDER ICTO FOR THE USE OF CITY HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (SECOND BIDDING)

1. The City Government of Navotas, through the Supplemental Budget No. 7 CY-2024, intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION PESOS (PhP 7,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT FOR COMPUTER SOFTWARE (HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEM - HRIS) UNDER ICTO FOR THE USE OF CITY HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT OFFICE (SECOND BIDDING) (PIN 2025-05-116). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Navotas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required to be within 12 MONTHS. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
