1. The City Government of Navotas, through the Supplemental Budget No. 7 CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of FORTY MILLION PESOS (PhP 40,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF COMPUTER SOFTWARE (CITIZEN REGISTRATION MOBILE APP WITH SOCIAL SERVICE AND HEALTH DATA INTEGRATION WITH CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE SUBSCRIPTION) REQUESTED BY INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY OFFICE (SECOND BIDDING) (PIN 2025-04-113). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
