PROCUREMENT FOR CAPITAL OUTLAY - INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT FOR THE USE OF NAVOTAS POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE

1. The City Government of Navotas, through the City Appropriation Ordinance Supplemental Budget No. 6 s. 2025, intends to apply the sum of:

 LOT 1 - ICT EQUIPMENT (PIN 2025-12-194) / ABC PHP 2,580,000.00

 LOT 2 - COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT (PIN 2025-12-195) / ABC PHP 2,520,000.00

being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Navotas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required

 LOT 1 - 15 CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF APPROVED P.O.

 LOT 2 - 15 CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF APPROVED P.O.
