PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL EARLY WARNING SYSTEM (EWS) FOR THE USE OF LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE

1. The City Government of Navotas, through the City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-33 (CY- 2025 Annual Budget) and City Appropriation Ordinance No. 2024-45 (Utilization of 2025 LDRRM Fund), intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PhP 2,300,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT AND INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL EARLY WARNING SYSTEM (EWS) FOR THE USE OF LOCAL DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PIN 2025-03-101). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Navotas now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 60 CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF APPROVED P.O.
