1. The City Government of Navotas, through the City Appropriation Ordinance Supplemental Budget No. 02 s. 2025 intends to apply the sum of EIGHT MILLION SIX HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWO PESOS AND SEVENTY EIGHT 78/100 CENTAVOS (Php 8,627,102.78) being the ABC to payments under the contract for MEGA STORAGE FACILITIES (CITY HEALTH OFFICE, NAVOTAS CITY HOSPITAL, GSO) AT ALONG M. NAVAL STREET BARANGAY SAN JOSE, NAVOTAS CITY (PIN 2025-11-186). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
