1. The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the General Appropriations Act/Income intends to apply the sum of PESOS TWENTY-NINE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE (Php 29,807,285.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Various Pharmaceuticals - F-IB No. 2025-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
