1) The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER through the Income intends to apply the sum of PESOS TWENTY MILLION ONE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY (Php 20,190,420.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Various IT Equipment - IB No. 2025-50. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
