1. The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER, through the SA-CO CR PCNCD CANCER 2022/General Appropriations Act/Income/Drugs & Medicine intends to apply the sum of PESOS SIX MILLION THREE HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-NINE & 50/100 (Php 6,312,899.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Pharmaceuticals (1) - IB No. 2023-06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
