1. The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER, through the HFEP 2022 intends to apply the sum of PESOS NINE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND (Php 9,880,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Medical & Other Health Related Equipment (1) - IB No. 2022-06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
