1) The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER through the Income intends to apply the sum of PESOS SEVENTY-FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE & 54/100 (Php 74,982,289.54) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Grid-Tied Solar PV System for Various Hospital Buildings of Bicol Medical Center - IB No. 2026-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements.
