1. The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER, through the National Expenditure Program intends to apply the sum of PESOS ELEVEN MILLION THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED (Php 11,324,400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Clinical Microscopy Supplies & Reagents for CY 2025 - IB No. 2024-63. For purpose of early procurement authorized under Section 7.6 of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA No. 9184, the proposed budget under the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program shall be used as basis.
