1) The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER through the Income-CO intends to apply the sum of PESOS THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php 3,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Cable Analyzer Quad Optical Loss Test Set and Quad Optical Time Domain Reflectometer for Fiber Inspection and Wi-Fi (1 Lot) - IB No. 2025-49. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
