1) The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER through the General Appropriations Act/Income intends to apply the sum of PESOS FIFTY-SIX MILLION TWO HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT (Php 56,207,698.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Blood Bank Supplies & Reagents - IB No. 2026-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
