1. The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER, through the General Appropriations Act/Income intends to apply the sum of PESOS SIX MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED (Php 6,166,700.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Anesthesia Supplies (2) - IB No. 2023-38. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
