1) The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER through the HFEP/Income intends to apply the sum of PESOS TEN MILLION (Php 10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Anesthesia Machine with Patient Monitor Compatible with MRI Machine (1 Lot) - IB No. 2025-45. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
