F-IB No. 2026-2

1) The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of PESOS SEVENTY MILLION FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT (Php 70,054,478.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Psychotropic Medicines through Framework Agreement- F-IB No. 2026-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 10 calendar days after issuance of a Call-Off.
