INFRA IB NO. 2025-08
1) The Bicol Medical Center, through the Income intends to apply the sum of PESOS TWENTY-TWO MILLION THREE HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FOUR & 05/100 (Php 22,302,904.05) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Renovation/Improvement of Labor and Delivery Rooms and BEMONC Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Bicol Medical Center now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 150 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
