The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the General Appropriations Act/Income intends to apply the sum of PESOS TEN MILLION (Php 10,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Transporting Services Based on RA 6969 of Medical Waste (Infectious/Pathological/Hazardous Waste & Sharps) - 1 Lot - F-IB No. 2025-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
