  PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR BMC-PILI (DSJRMMH)

  IB No. 2024-72
  
  1. The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER, through the National Expenditure Program 2025 intends to apply the sum of PESOS THREE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY ONE & 80/100 (Php 3,809,581.80) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Security Services for BMC-Pili for CY 2025 - IB No. 2024-72. For purpose of early procurement authorized under Section 7.6 of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA No. 9184, the proposed budget under the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program shall be used as basis. Further, consistent with the requirement in the same Section 7.6, no award of contract shall be made until the approved and effectivity of the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
