1. The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center (BRHMC), through the General Appropriations Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Fifty Million Pesos (P50,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Medical Equipment for Bicol Regional Heart Center under PB No.30-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
