SUBSCRIPTION OF MICROSOFT LICENSES

1) The Bureau of Internal Revenue-National Office (BIR-N.O.) through the National Expenditures Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Sixty-Three Million Five Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Seven Pesos & 60/100 (₱63,545,787.60) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2026-21 (Goods) Subscription of Microsoft Licenses. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The BIR-N.O. now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Contract Duration shall cover a period of one (1) year and shall commence on March 1, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
