Cloud Subscription for BIR eServices Application Systems (Platform as a Service)

1) The Bureau of Internal Revenue-National Office (BIR-N.O.) through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seventy Two Million Nine Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Two Pesos and 21/100 (₱ 72,959,842.21) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2026-19 (Goods) - Cloud Subscription for BIR eServices Application Systems (Platform as a Service). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The BIR-N.O. now invites bids for PB No. 2026-19. Contract Duration shall be for One (1) Year Subscription from the issuance of the Certificate of Acceptance. Bidders should have completed, at least within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
