Procurement of Toners and Photoconductor Kit for Various Lexmark Printers for CY 2026

1) The Bureau of Internal Revenue-National Office (BIR-N.O.) through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Nine Hundred Eighty-One Thousand One Hundred Pesos (₱ 22,981,100.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2026-16 (Goods) - Procurement of Toners and Photoconductor Kits for Various Lexmark Printers. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The BIR-N.O. now invites bids for PB No. 2026-16. Delivery of goods shall be as follows:
1st Delivery -within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP)
2nd Delivery -on or before March 17, 2025
3rd Delivery -on or before May 15, 2025
4th Delivery -on or before July 15, 2025
5th Delivery -on or before September 15, 2025
6th Delivery -on or before November 17, 2025
