IT Infrastructure Provisioning and Administration
in a Commercial Data Center with Disaster Recovery

1) The Bureau of Internal Revenue-National Office (BIR-N.O.) through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Four Million Seven Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty One Pesos and 80/100 (₱ 204,784,921.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2026-15 (Goods) IT Infrastructure Provisioning and Administration in a Commercial Data Center with Disaster Recovery. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The BIR-N.O. now invites bids for PB 2026-15. Contract Duration shall be from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (Note: No payment for 3 months intended for migration services.
