    Maintenance and Support Services for the Electronic Invoicing/Receipting and Sales Reporting System (EIS)

    1) The Bureau of Internal Revenue-National Office (BIR-N.O.) through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Six Hundred Forty Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Four Pesos and 71/100 (₱10,640,484.71) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2026-11 (Goods) - Maintenance and Support Services for the Electronic Invoicing/Receipting and Sales Reporting System (EIS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

    2) The BIR-N.O. now invites bids for PB No. 2026-11. Duration of the Contract shall be as follows:
