Subscription of Software-Defined (SD) WAN Solution

1) The Bureau of Internal Revenue-National Office (BIR-N.O.) through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eighty Two Million Seven Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Two Pesos and 53/100 (₱ 82,724,932.53) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2026-09 (Goods) - Subscription of Software-Defined (SD) WAN Solution. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The BIR-N.O. now invites bids for PB No. 2026-08. The Contract Duration shall be from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (No payment for three (3) months intended for delivery, installation and operationability). Bidders should have completed, at least within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
