Subscription of DLL Internet Access Service - Lot 1

1) The Bureau of Internal Revenue-National Office (BIR-N.O.) through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (₱ 892,800.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2026-08 (Goods) - Subscription of DLL Internet Access Service - Lot 1). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The BIR-N.O. now invites bids for PB No. 2026-08. The Contract Duration shall be from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (No payment shall be made for the period January 1-31, 2026 - intended for the one (1) month delivery, installation, configuration and operationability). Bidders should have completed, at least within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
