  Janitorial and Human Resource Services
  at the Bureau of Internal Revenue (National Office)
  
  1) The Bureau of Internal Revenue-National Office (BIR-N.O.) through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Forty Six Million One Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Nine Pesos and 72/100 (₱ 46,173,929.72) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2026-07 (Goods) - Janitorial and Human Resource Services at the Bureau of Internal Revenue (National Office). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The BIR-N.O. now invites bids for PB No. 2026-07. Contract Duration shall be from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
