REPLACEMENT OF FIVE (5) UNITS AIR CIRCUIT BREAKERS OF LOW VOLTAGE SWITCHGEAR OF THE INDOOR POWER SUBSTATION OF THE BIR-NATIONAL OFFICE BUILDING

1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue - National Office (BIR-NO), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2024 Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Six Pesos & 78/100 (Php 3,425,356.78) Only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2025-56 (GOODS) - Replacement of Five (5) units Air Circuit Breakers of Low Voltage Switchgear of the Indoor Power Substation of the BIR-National Office Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
