SUBSCRIPTION OF WEB APPLICATION SECURITY TOOL

1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue - National Office (BIR-NO), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 1,275,000.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB No. 2025-47 (GOODS) - Subscription of Web Application Security Tool. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BIR-NO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Duration of the contract shall be for one (1) year from acceptance and operationability of the license. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
