INVITATION TO BID FOR
P.B. NO. 2025-45 (GOODS)
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MEALS AND BEVERAGES
FOR CY 2025 BIR TRAINING PROGRAMS

1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue - National Office (BIR-NO), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php 2,703,500.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2025-45 (GOODS) - Supply and Delivery of Meals and Beverages for CY 2025 BIR Training Programs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BIR-NO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of goods shall be five (5) days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) until December 31, 2025. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
