SUBSCRIPTION OF PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT SOLUTION

1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue - National Office (BIR-NO), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Eight Hundred Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php 19,800,800.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB No. 2025-39 (GOODS) - Subscription of Privileged Access Management Solution. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BIR-NO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Duration of the contract shall be from one (1) year subscription upon acceptance and operationability. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
