P.B. NO. 2025-38 (GOODS) SUBSCRIPTION OF DLL
INTERNET ACCESS SERVICE - LOT 3

1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue - National Office (BIR-NO), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php 1,159,200.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2025-38 (GOODS) Re-bidding - Subscription of DLL Internet Access Service - Lot 3. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BIR-NO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The contract duration shall be from April 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (No payment shall be made for the period April 1-30, 2025 - intended for the one (1) month delivery, installation, configuration and operationability. If the CONTRACTOR is the existing provider, there will be no installation or operational period required; however, continuous operation must be ensured).
