1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue - National Office (BIR-NO), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million One Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (P7,131,600.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the P.B. No. 2025-05 (Consulting Services) Re-bidding - Administration and Production Support for Data Warehousing and Systems Operations Division (DWSOD). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
