Dear Sir/Madam:

1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue-National Office (BIR-NO), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Seven Million Six Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Pesos (P 37,668,000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for P.B. No. 2025-02 (Consulting Services) Managed Maintenance of Internal Revenue Integrated System (IRIS) the contract duration shall be from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 for which this Bidding Document is issued.

2. The BIR-NO now invites bids to provide Consulting Services for the Managed Maintenance of Internal Revenue Integrated System (IRIS). The BIR needs to outsource sixteen (16) personnel to support, maintain and enhance the IRIS application, to wit:
