The Bureau of Internal Revenue-National Office (BIR-NO), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (P 2,934,250.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for P.B. No. 2025-01 (Consulting Services) Application Support and Maintenance for BIR Service Desk System the contract duration shall be from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 for which this Bidding Document is issued.
2. The BIR-NO now invites bids to provide Consulting Services for the Application Support and Maintenance for BIR Service Desk System. The said project shall be the single point of contact for end users and taxpayer to report issues and concerns, channel these to appropriate support groups, monitor developments, record resolution, and confirm if the resolution provided to affected end users are effective.
